We are manufacturing back plate of our brake pad with high precision fine blanking press with following our consistent washing, shot blasting and anti-corrosion nitrification process. with this back plate we are manufacturing brake pads with molding, heat treating and grinding our premium quality friction materals. Our products are manufactured focusing on environmental friendly materials  for which we use ceramic powders & fibers, potassium titanate, rubber and resins. So we call it semi ceramic.
